Butcher

Job Type: Part Time or Full Time

Pay: Based on Experience

Hours: Monday – Friday; Part Time – 7 AM – 1 PM or Full Time – 7 AM – 3:30 PM

Reports to: Plant Manager

Benefits: Weekly pay, insurance, 401K, vacation, Product discounts, and more!

Responsibilities include:

Fabricate meat to portion size per order (slice or cube) and pack
Work for plant as needed on raw and/or packaging side
Handles needs per plant manager such as cleaning, maintenance, etc.
Responsible for daily cleaning of processing room per plant manager and USDA guidelines

Other:

We are a USDA inspected facility so those policies and procedures must be met.
